Dr Tibrewala has been practicing Gastroenterology since 1992 in Southern Illinois, and has introduced many advanced endoscopic procedures in the region of Southern Illinois. He is board certified in Gastroenterology, and has maintained board certification by re-certification process. He is also a clinical associate professor of medicine at SIU School of Medicine.
Dr Tibrewala is awarded fellowships by American Gastroenterological Association, and American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
Robin L Gallo
Robin Gallo is the Physician Assistant at Gastroenterology Care of Southern Illinois. She has been working closely with Dr. Tibrewala since 2003. She completed her Physician Assistant training at University of North Dakota. She has extensive experience in management of various digestive, including liver diseases.

Dr. Tibrewala did his residency in Internal Medicine, including a year of Chief Residency, and Fellowship in Gastroenterology at Finch University of Health Sciences/ The Chicago Medical School.
